SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Somma Law PLLC through our contact form or other opt-in methods, the following terms apply:

  • By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing, promotional, and customer care SMS/MMS messages from Somma Law PLLC, which may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
  • Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan and any applicable charges.
  • You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.
